Skills Funding Agency
The Skills Funding Agency was set up on 1 April 2010 to fund and regulate further education and skills training in England (Formally Learning Skills Council LSC).
The Skills Funding Agency is an agency of the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS).
They are part of a network of organisations in the country who commission, manage and market training for adults.
Edexcel (BTEC)
Awarding body for NVQs and other qualification in Health and Care. Awarding bodies are responsible for NVQ Assessment centres, registration, certification and external verification of NVQs.
