What kind of practice do assessors observe for hsc 41 in relation to any of the elements of this unit for a home for people with learning disabilities.
I would not specifically plan an observation for this unit.
Instead, I would start off the whole award by discussing the persons job role. I would then plan to see what activities could be easily observed such as meetings and reviews etc. In addition I might carry out observation on an ad hoc basis on regular visits. This would be an holistic approach and I would expect HSC41 to come out of this alongside other units.
