can anyone help please i'm stuck on a question; how do you recongise and challenge unfair discrimation in assessments?

To help you get thinking about this. Once possible example could be where there is no flexibility afforded to learners with individial assessment needs, for example might workers or someone who has difficulty with producing written evidence. Action could be reporting concern to the internal verifier.

How about talking amongst your peer groups to share experiences whereby this just also might highlight a) how others deal or have dealt with this & b)help you recognise (and air) instances that on reflection might provide an opportunity to learn and share.
