I am trying to do of my assessing using this method and to date it is proving very popular with candidates. My concerns relate to listing this evidence in the portfolio especially in relation to a holistic observation, e.g if I undertake a holistic digitally recorded observation would it be sufficient to list the criteria in a general statement or would I need to be more detailed and reference each criteria and where exactly it can be found on the recordings. I keep most of the recorded oral questioning quite short and I just list these against the criteria they meet but the observation will be a lot longer and that is why I am rather concerned. Any advice would be greatly appreciated or any general feedback from anyone who has perfected the art of voice recording would be great - thanks.

I wondered about using a bulleted list for the written record with timings down the side for the more detailed verbal account.
Te verifier could use the bulleted comments to know where to listen to the tape recording.
