crossing over common induction standards

*** have a comprehensive induction system.
They have a a5 file with all the common induction standards completed small projects, scenarios to write up, all signed of by their manager, marked as excellent in last CSCI (CQC)report. Have been using this with the Skills for care cross referencing sheets for some time. All of a sudden been told unable to use it to show knowledge.

Anyon e any comments and whats the point of giving out cross reference sheets if we are unable to use them.

any comments appreciated

Hi Cross referencing sheets

Hi

Cross referencing sheets can be misleading. As an assessor you have to make your own judgement.

I know several qualifications that are claimed to cover underpinning knowledge of an NVQ, that when you reassess them leave gaps.

However, you should be able to APL the candidate's actual work.

cqc

The only knowledge not covered by common inductions is level 2 unit 24 k/e 20- conflicts and dilemmas.

CIS

Can anyone give me a guide to what knowledge is covered by CIS for Health and Social care Level 3. Also can a candidate chose HSC369 and HSC335 and these be cross referenced with with HSC31 and H35.

Any help would be great,

Thanks
