You really don't need tips for all the questions.
Firstly, you don't need to write the answers to them all as you will be able to demonstrate your knowledge and understanding, for many of them, through the evidence you produce for the performance criteria.
Have a good look through them, I know they look daunting at first but there are only a few that you may need help with, and then feel free to ask about any particular ones you are struggling with.
Be careful here. Centre's have very different approaches and paperwork relating to planning and feedback. Its good to see other peoples work but just bear this in mind.
Assignment for A1
Agreed common evidence:-Knowledge Requirements (b)
Protocol Skills Systems + Procedures
The Requirements For standardisation
Standards
Part of the awarding bodies’ ethos is the standards set up for each qualification with in NVQ.
The standards are the requirements of an individual’s competence within that NVQ for their job role.
It is Brocken down in to units. Each unit is Brocken down in to performance and knowledge. Performance is observed or the learner can prove through evidence such as, whiteness testimonies, photographic with authenticity statement from mentor written or tape form. Knowledge is recorded by guided discussions on tape form or written or through the observations carried out.
Part of working with standards is standardisation days which are used by training assessors and internal verifiers to discuss improvements to methods of assessment. These ideas if they are an improvement are then rolled out to all so that all are keeping to the best methods possible.

Quality checks at 8 weeks to ensure this is the right qualification for the learner, that the planning is correct and that all parts of the klp3 have been carried out.
In the case of an unqualified assessor counter signing is carried out by a qualified assessor. They must second line assess one pieces of evidence for each unit or evidence across all units.

SOURCES
Protocol have many good sources to use these include: internet, pag meetings, standardisation days , klp manuals, ask elle, countersigning days, internal and external verifiers feedback, we would suggest internet sites of information on the chosen NVQ for extra help.
