Hi Karen This will depend on
Hi Karen
This will depend on what you and your assessor are using the reflective account for so do talk with your assessor about this.
My advice would be to keep it simple and just write about what you did and why you did it. For example that you gave the person time to communicate and did not rush them.

Hiya. you could consider
Hiya. you could consider using some sort of reflective model which is often used in nursing, however i have seen it used for NVQ candidates. A good one is Gibbs (1988) model of reflection. It can be abit repetative so you could just pick out elements of it. I.e Description, feelings, analysis and action plan! Google it, lots of info will come up. There is also a model of reflection (Kolb) and it is something like; What? So What? Now What?
