appreciate any help with these questions please,how do you provide active support enabling the individual to take responsibility for their own actions whilst,promoting their interests and supporting them to make choices about their lives,and actively supporting them to evaluate services and enabling them to communicate their views.also what dilemmas could arise between the individuals rights and responsibilities for thier own care and protection,and the responsibility and duty of care you have to the individual?please can any one help,these questions are so confusing,or am i the only one who thinks so?
