I wondered what the context of your assessment situation was. What type of change is involved? Moving, discharge, bereavement etc. This might help me think of some suggestions.

Hi Tom
The change involved an individual moving from her own home to hospital care to respite back to hospital and now settled in residential housing.
Another topic i have is with individual's going through a drug rehabilitation programme.

'Doing' the A1 knowledge questions sounds a little daunting - they are not really written to be used as questions.

You will cover many of the knowledge criteria in your practice or through other evidence. Professional discussion is also quite useful. Have a chat with your assessor and ask them for their advice on this.
