Can anyone help, not sure what to put, describe the actions to take in response to concerns that a colleague may be
a, failing to comply with safeguarding procedures
b, harming, abusing or bullying a child young person
i think i report this to the designated person which is the Headmistress is this right?

Little bit stuck on this question if anyone can shed a lil bit of light for me.
Find out what inclusion means and write notes about approaches to inclusion.
I know inclusion is about gender, race, disability, backgrounds etc but not sure on how to write notes on inclusion, any info would be greatly appreciated.
