Very new to this. Looking to Become a Freelance Assessor in ITQ.
I am preparing a 'Welcome - I am your Assessor' presentation.
Has anyone got any tips or examples of what this should include.
Obviously i dont want it to be too heavy. It will be only to a maximum
of 8 people.
Any Freelancers in the South London Area please get in touch also.
Thank you

Hiya
Just to clarify. Normally, an learner induction will cover the role of the assessor alongside other areas. Is your welcome in addition to the induction?
Cheers

who does the learner
who does the learner induction Tom, the assessor or the teacher? at what point does the assessor come and introduce themselves?
There is a lot of variation
There is a lot of variation here between providers. When you start as an assessor for a company they should provide YOU with an induction and an introduction into the programme - this would help you know how the programme is delivered. A good idea is to shadow an experienced assessor with the firm.

New A1 assessor in ITQ
Hi jw2711
I cannot quite make out from your comments whether you are a newly qualified assessor or just starting out on your A1.
A learner induction should cover "hello, I'm your assessor" as a matter of course.
