Help Required with Unit HSC210

I have just started my NVQ2 and require help with

HSC210

Number 2, 3, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11.

Are there any books I can read on this?

Or is there anyone who has done this section who can advice Me.

I would be greatfull for your help.
