Can anyone tell me what this means? (NVQ3 care)

Unit 69, moving and positioning individuals.
69.2 (g)
You record the activity in the appropriate documents, noting when the next positioning manoeuvre is due.
I can see what is means by recording the event in the daily log, but I don't know anyone who then writes the fact that they need to be hoisted next at tea time for example!
Can anyone explain?
Service users who are
Service users who are assessed at risk of pressure sores will have a care plan in place to reduce this risk. One of the actions may be to support them to change position at specified intervals.
