PLEASE CAN SOMEONE ADVICE ME ON HOW TO EVALUATE SKINNER'S REWARD PRACTICE AGAINST THE CURRENT PRACTICE USED IN TODAY SCHOOL, I HAVEN'T GOT A CLUE ON HOW TO START THIS.
I don't know if it helps but Skinner developed operant conditioning, which falls into the behaviourism theory of learning.
Operant conditiong uses positive and negative reinforcement to encourage or discourage certain behaviour. For example, where a learner has exhibited desirable behaviour, rewarding that learner with a positive statement will encourage the learner to continue in the desired behaviour.
That's a very brief overview but there should be plenty of resources online to give you more information.
