hi guys looking for a little help on my a1 award and wondered if you could shed any light on these questions
1.how do other people contribute to assesments
2.what help might they need
3.how do you agree with others when a assesment will take place
4.how do you meet differing needs of others

Perhaps the starting point might be to consider who 'others' might be, In addition to yourself and your candidate who else might you deal with? Witnesses, expert witness come to mind. Also staff, customers and managers who may need to be approached or are involved with an assessment. Other teams such as additional support.
