How to advertise products and services on NVQweb
If you provide a service or product of interest to our visitors then you are welcome to add a listing to the NVQweb resource directory.
Established in 2000 by TMS, our target audience are organisations and individuals involved in NVQs and related vocational training. Content is very search engine friendly and the site enjoys excellent positioning on all popular search engines. As a result we routinely receive over 3000 unique visitors per month (Google Analytics).
What do you get?
- Complete control over content*. Add your company logo and unlimited text using a rich text editor.You can return to edit and update your advertisement at any time.
- Add links to your own web site pages. This will not only bring you customers but also enhance your own companies search engine positioning.
- Teaser advertisements are shown in the resource directory and in prominant pages across the NVQweb site.
- Placement and positioning is random. This makes the advertising much more interesting to users and also fairer.
- Your teaser advertisement links to a full page advertisement where you can add as little or as much content as you wish.
- Simple but reliable statistics are provide on page views and click throughs.
How do I add an advertisement?
Adding a listing to our resource directory is simple and instant. Just follow the following steps to add your advertisement, or if you prefer just email us with your text and a logo!
- First register an NVQweb user account - you may wish to use your organisational name as your username. Then log in to NVQweb.
- Visit the NVQweb Shop and purchase the 'annual advertisor membership'. Once completed this will automatically ungrade your account to let you add your advertisement.
- Visit the resource directory where you will now see links that allow you to add your advertisement.
- Plan your content and get an image file ready for a logo. We would recommend an image size of 100 pixels wide.
- Complete the presented form to your liking. Preview and then post your listing.
- That's it. Your listing will now be displayed for all to see*.
- An NVQweb administrator will check your advertisement out and if required make changes.
- To update your listing at a later date simply login, visit your advertisement, and then select the edit option near the top of the page.
